To access ProGrowth ONLINE go to www.progrowth.com,
type the required Login ID and Password
(Passwords are required to be 6-8 alpha and
numeric characters and expire every 180 days)
ProGrowth
ONLINE Main Screen
This page lists all your selected accounts in a
summarized format.
You may select multiple activities from a drop
down menu (located on the right side of your screen). Activities include:
Transactions, Download, Statements, Stop Payments, and Transfers.
Transactions:
This screen allows you to view transactions relating to your
account for various time frames listed below.

Current Account:
To
view transactions for another account click the
Ö
and select another
account.
§
View Transactions Since:
Click the
Ö
and select another date range
§
Select
Range
of Transactions: This links to a screen that gives the
customer the capability to select criteria. Click Submit to retrieve the
information requested
§
More
Details: This links to another window showing information
such as the account Name/Address Information, Balance Information,
Interest rates & amounts
Download:
Gives you the option to download transactions from your account(s)
and import them into software such as QuickBooks, Quicken and Microsoft
Money.

Select Download for:
To
download transactions for another account click the
Ö
and select another account
§
Select Period:
Select the criteria for the transaction range to be downloaded
§
Select Format:
Select
the file type needed to import into your computer. Microsoft Money is the
default download type
§
Click Submit after selecting the
appropriate criteria; from this point follow the Download instructions on
your screen. You will need to know how to Import this file type into your
software
Statements:
This screen allows you to see previous statements in various formats.

View
Statements/Notices for:
To view statements for another account
click the
Ö
and select another account
§
View
Details: Allows you to select a format for viewing your
statement(s)
o
HTML
will open the statement on the web browser screen (recommended format)
o
PDF
or Text will give the option to download and save the statement or
view the statement
Stop Payments:
This
screen allows you to view all current Stop Payment(s) for the account
selected. There is also an option to Add a Stop Payment.

View Stop Payments for:
To
view Stop Payments for another account click the

and select another
account
§
View: Links to a
screen that shows the details of any current Stop Payments on the selected
account
§
Add Stop Payment: Click this button and
complete all required fields to Add a new Stop Payment

The
same $10.00
fee applies to a Stop Payment entered using ProGrowth ONLINE

Click
the Submit after completing the fields
ATTENTION:
You are required to print and sign the “Stop
Payment Confirmation” in order to make it valid for 6 months. The
confirmation should be mailed or dropped off at any location within 14
days. If we do not receive the signed confirmation within 14 days the stop
payment will no longer be valid.
Transfers:
This screen allows you to view all current transfer(s) for the account
selected. There is also an option to Add a Transfer.

View Transfers for:
To
view Transfers for another account click the

and select another
account

View: Links to a
screen that shows the details of any transfers on that account
§
Edit:
Allows you to
change any of the online transfer criteria
§
Delete: Allows you to
remove an online transfer
§
Add Transfer from:
Click the
Ö
and select an account to transfer from. The transfer can be a one-time
transfer or re-occurring. The Available Funds for transfers is
displayed at the top of the New Transfer screen.
After
selecting the appropriate transfer details, Click the Submit
You
will then see a transfer funds confirmation screen (You may print this for
your records)
NOTE: For paying off a Ready Reserve
balance, you must use the More Details button on the transactions
screen for the payoff amount prior to completing your transfer. For loan
payoffs, please contact your local branch.
Options:
The Options heading gives you the opportunity to make changes
to the Personal, Account, and Alerts information.
Personal:
This option allows you to change your Password, Personal ID (login), and
E-mail Address.
(After each change click the Submit button to activate the change)

To Change a Password: Enter the Current Password, enter new password in both New boxes.
§
Personal ID: Displays your current ProGrowth
ONLINE ID, enter your new Personal ID in the New column.
§
Change E-mail Address:
Displays your current E-mail address, enter your new E-mail address
in the New column.
Account:
This option allows you to change the pseudo names for all your accounts,
how many accounts display on each screen, and the order the accounts will
be displayed. (After each change click the Submit button to activate the change)
§
Account Pseudo Names: Click the account you want to make a name change to. In the New
box, enter the new name for the account that will help you identify the
account you are accessing. (i.e. Personal Checking, Car Loan, etc.)
§
Number of Accounts Displayed: Enter the number of accounts you want displayed on each page.
§
Account Display Order: Use the
Ý
ß
arrows to change the order in which the accounts will be
displayed.
Alerts:
This
option allows you to add event alerts, balance alerts, item alerts, and
personal alerts as a reminder to you of specific things that will be
happening.
§
Event Alert Options:
Allows
you to select specific events that you would like to be notified should
they occur
§
Balance Alert Options:
Allows
you to be notified when/if your account balance is above or falls below
the amount you specify
§
Item Alert Options:
Allow
you to be notified when the check number has cleared your account
§
Personal Alert Options:
Allows
you to create a personal reminder to occur on a certain date

Help:
You can select the Help feature to get an explanation of the
page and the various fields on that page at any time when browsing
ProGrowth ONLINE
Privacy Statement:
You can view/print the ProGrowth Bank Privacy Statement at
any time when browsing ProGrowth ONLINE
Exit:
The feature allows customers to close their internet banking
session
